Webinar 2025-03-28 "WHO Update"

Dear GMDS Member,

as you might remember from last year, the GMDS project group “Global Health Informatics (GHI)” had organized a webinar with an overview of the activities of the WHO Department of Digital Health & Innovation.

To our great pleasure, Dr. Alain Labrique from the World Health Organisation (WHO) has again accepted to give a follow up webinar to last year’s session. Dr. Labrique is the director of the Department of Digital Health & Innovation at WHO. This time, he and his team will focus on the following topics:

  1. Introduction to the Global Initiative on Digital Health (GIDH) and what it takes for GMDS to become a member (10 min presentation + Q&A)
  2. WHO AI and Global Initiative on AI for Health priorities (10 min presentation + Q&A)
  3. Dialogues and information gathering about the German Digital Health Architecture for GDHCN (10 min presentation + Q&A)

We’d love to invite you to this session, even if you are not planning to be a member of the GHI project group, yet. Feel also free to forward this invitation to interested colleagues from outside GMDS.

 Kind regards,

Kind regards,
Your GHI speakers
